Job summary

PT Esensi Solusi Buana (ESB) is seeking a Product Owner to bridge business, users, and cross-functional teams in Indonesia. You will define product priorities, maintain the backlog, and align development with the roadmap and goals.

You will translate user needs into clear tasks for design and engineering, work with vendors, participate in UAT, and report progress with honesty and empathy to stakeholders. Experience with POS systems, PRDs, APIs, Jira, and GA is valued, with an agile mindset.

Qualifications

• 1 year minimum experience as Product Owner in software/product development
• Experience in POS system development or enhancement and API integration
• Ability to create PRDs/BRDs to align business and tech needs
• Knowledge of go-to-market processes and user testing
• Familiar with Jira and Google Analytics for product analytics

Responsibilities

• Bridge business, users and cross-functional teams to define priorities and backlogs
• Translate user stories into actionable tasks for design and engineering
• Track progress, raise risks, blockers and communicate with stakeholders
• Coordinate with vendors/clients for system integration and enhancements
• Participate in User Acceptance Testing to validate requirements
• Capture issues in meetings and follow up on actions
• Gather requirements and conduct basic product research with empathy and agility
