Job summary

PT Esensi Solusi Buana (ESB) is seeking a Product Owner to own the end-to-end product lifecycle from strategy to delivery. You will collaborate with Product, Engineering, Design, and Business teams to solve real user pain points while aligning with business goals.

Responsibilities include prioritizing backlog, leading teams, and translating requirements into actionable user stories in a fast-paced Agile environment.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years in product development with knowledge of F&B markets and order management.
• Experience launching products from idea to market.
• Proven track record from concept to commercialization.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
• Comfortable in an agile, dynamic, high-demand environment.
• Experience with Jira and Trello.

Responsibilities

• Own and prioritize product backlog aligned to business goals.
• Lead cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact product outcomes.
• Define product strategy, translate complex requirements into actionable user stories.
• Drive the product development lifecycle from discovery to delivery in a fast-paced environment (Agile).
• Conducting UAT and gather feedback to iterate and improve.
• Facilitate meaningful discussions using Empathy with stakeholders and clients to uncover deep user insights, and align priorities.
• Transparently track, analyze, and evaluate product performance metrics to uncover improvements, share candid insights, and iterate for continuous growth in Honesty.
