Qualifications

• Min. 2 years of experience in product development with deep understanding of F&B markets and order management.
• Strong experience launching and managing products from idea to market.
• Proven track record of launching and managing products from concept to commercialization.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, draw insights, and make data-driven decisions.
• Comfortable working in an agile, dynamic, and high-demand environment.
• Familiar with product development tools such as Jira and Trello.
• Self-driven to identify opportunities and customer oriented.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Able to work with honesty, agility, and empathy.

Driven by transparency (Honesty), user-centered solutions (Empathy), and rapid iteration (Agility), you will collaborate closely across Product, Engineering, Design, and Business teams to ensure our products solve real user pain points, align with business goals, and continuously evolve to maximize value.

What You’ll Do (Responsibilities)

• Own and prioritize product backlog aligned to business goals
• Lead cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact product outcomes
• Define product strategy, translate complex requirements into actionable user stories
• Drive the product development lifecycle from discovery to delivery in a fast-paced environment (Agile)
• Conducting UAT and gather feedback to iterate and improve
• Facilitate meaningful discussions using Empathy with stakeholders and clients to uncover deep user insights, and align priorities.
• Transparently track, analyze, and evaluate product performance metrics to uncover improvements, share candid insights, and iterate for continuous growth in Honesty.

Requirements

What Capabilities You’ll Need (Requirements)

• Min. 2 years of experience in product development with a deep understanding of F&B markets and order management
• Strong experience in launching and managing products from idea to market
• Proven track record and strong experience in successfully launching and managing products from concept to commercialization
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, draw insights, and make data-driven decisions
• Comfortable working in an agile, dynamic, and high demand environment
• Familiar with product development tools such as such as Jira and Trello
• Self-driven to get sourced and find opportunities and customer oriented
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Manage to work with honesty, agility, and empathy

Bonus Points

• Successful track record of developing integrated applications, such as ERP or equivalent.
• Added value if you understand API Integration.
• Have experience in an ERP System or an e-commerce system.
