Job summary

PT Esensi Solusi Buana (ESB) is seeking a Product Owner who will own end-to-end product lifecycle from strategy to delivery. You will collaborate with Product, Engineering, Design, and Business teams to build user-centered solutions for real pain points and align with business goals.

Qualifications

• Min. 2 years of product development experience in F&B markets and order management.
• Proven track record of launching products from concept to commercialization.
• Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision making.
• Comfortable in agile, dynamic environments; proficient with Jira/Trello.

What You’ll Do (Responsibilities)

• Own and prioritize product backlog aligned to business goals
• Lead cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact product outcomes
• Define product strategy, translate complex requirements into actionable user stories
• Drive the product development lifecycle from discovery to delivery in a fast-paced environment (Agile)
• Conducting UAT and gather feedback to iterate and improve

What Capabilities You’ll Need (Requirements)

• Min. 2 years of experience in product development with a deep understanding of F&B markets and order management
• Strong experience in launching and managing products from idea to market
• Proven track record and strong experience in successfully launching and managing products from concept to commercialization
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, draw insights, and make data-driven decisions
• Comfortable working in an agile, dynamic, and high demand environment
• Familiar with product development tools such as such as Jira and Trello
• Self-driven to get sourced and find opportunities and customer oriented
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Manage to work with honesty, agility, and empathy

Bonus Points

• Successful track record of developing integrated applications, such as ERP or equivalent.
• Added value if you understand API Integration.
• Have experience in an ERP System or an e-commerce system.
