Job summary

PT Esensi Solusi Buana (ESB) is seeking a Product Owner to own the end-to-end product lifecycle from strategy to delivery. You will collaborate with Product, Engineering, Design, and Business teams to solve real user pain points while aligning with business goals.

Responsibilities include prioritizing backlog, leading teams, and translating requirements into actionable user stories in a fast-paced Agile environment.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years in product development with knowledge of F&B markets and order management.
• Experience launching products from idea to market.
• Proven track record from concept to commercialization.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
• Comfortable in an agile, dynamic, high-demand environment.
• Experience with Jira and Trello.

We are looking for a Product Owner to own the end-to-end product lifecycle, from strategy to delivery. Driven by transparency (Honesty), user-centered solutions (Empathy), and rapid iteration (Agility), you will collaborate closely across Product, Engineering, Design, and Business teams to ensure our products solve real user pain points, align with business goals, and continuously evolve to maximize value.

What You’ll Do (Responsibilities)

• Own and prioritize product backlog aligned to business goals
• Lead cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact product outcomes
• Define product strategy, translate complex requirements into actionable user stories
• Drive the product development lifecycle from discovery to delivery in a fast-paced environment (Agile)

What Capabilities You'll Need (Requirements)

• Min. 2 years of experience in product development with a deep understanding of F&B markets and order management
• Strong experience in launching and managing products from idea to market
• Proven track record and strong experience in successfully launching and managing products from concept to commercialization
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, draw insights, and make data-driven decisions
• Comfortable working in an agile, dynamic, and high demand environment
• Familiar with product development tools such as such as Jira and Trello
• Self-driven to get sourced and find opportunities and customer oriented
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Manage to work with honesty, agility, and empathy

Bonus Points

• Successful track record of developing integrated applications, such as ERP or equivalent.
• Added value if you understand API Integration.
• Have experience in an ERP System or an e-commerce system.
