Job summary

PT Esensi Solusi Buana (ESB) is seeking a Product Owner to bridge business, users, and engineering, shaping product strategy and backlog. You will drive value by aligning priorities with the roadmap and collaborating across cross-functional teams.

As a Product Owner, you will translate user needs into actionable tasks, collaborate with design and development, and ensure timely delivery while maintaining transparency and ownership throughout the process.

Qualifications

• 1 year of experience as Product Owner in software/product development.
• Proven experience with POS systems and API integration.
• Proficient in creating PRDs and BRDs to align business and technical needs.
• Familiar with go-to-market processes, user testing, and adoption tracking.
• Proficient in Jira for backlog, epics, stories, and sprint tracking; analytics experience helpful.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the product backlog and adjust priorities as business needs evolve.
• Communicate progress, risks, and blockers transparently with stakeholders.
• Translate user stories and requirements into actionable tasks for developers.
• Coordinate with vendors and clients for system integration and enhancement.
• Participate in User Acceptance Testing to validate requirements.
• Attend meetings to capture issues and track agreed actions.
• Conduct requirement gathering and product research to identify improvements.
