Job summary

IDEMIA seeks a Product Marketing Manager to lead the management and growth of our telecommunications product portfolio. You will bridge market needs, customer requirements, sales opportunities, and product development by working closely with customers, Sales teams, and international R&D stakeholders.

You will define product direction, drive adoption, and ensure our solutions stay competitive in a rapidly evolving telecom ecosystem. This role offers a dynamic, global environment in Jakarta.

Qualifications

• 3 years of experience in the telecommunications industry, preferably with SIM/eSIM.
• Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret 3GPP, GlobalPlatform, and TCA standards.
• Experience working cross-functionally with Sales, customers, engineering, or R&D teams.
• Confident communicator with presentation and stakeholder management skills, including customer-facing engagements.

Responsibilities

• Collect and analyze customer requirements, business needs, market trends, and competitive intelligence to identify product opportunities and improvements.
• Assess market relevance and translate customer and business needs into product requirements, specifications, and roadmap initiatives.
• Manage assigned products throughout their lifecycle, including product launches, enhancements, migrations, and maintenance activities.
• Collaborate closely with R&D Product Owners, Technical Product Managers, and development teams to drive new feature development and product innovation.
• Present products, technologies, and solutions to customers, partners, Sales teams, and other stakeholders, providing both commercial and technical support.
• Develop and maintain product documentation, catalogs, sales tools, marketing materials, training content, and standard offers to support go-to-market activities.
• Monitor product performance, sales pipeline, and market developments, while preparing regular reports, roadmap updates, and presentations for management.
