Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in Product Management or related roles.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to translate user and business needs into clear product requirements.

Responsibilities

• Understand workflows and pain points across internal teams.
• Translate requirements into user stories and product specs.
• Build and improve internal dashboards, workflows, and case management tools.
• Support Fraud, Compliance, and Risk capabilities through tooling enhancements.
• Collaborate with Engineering from problem definition to launch and iteration.
• Identify opportunities to reduce manual work and improve efficiency.
• Use data and feedback to prioritise tool enhancements.
