Job summary

Siemens Indonesia is seeking a Product Manager for Infrastructure & System Administration Efficiency for Spectrum Power 7. You will define the product strategy and roadmap, translating complex infrastructure needs into clear requirements and business value.

In this role you will drive automated deployment, hardening, certificate handling, and cybersecurity settings while collaborating with R&D and regional teams to adopt OpenShift and modern platforms, ensuring compliant, efficient operations.

Qualifications

• Education in computer science, electrical engineering, software engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years in product management, technical PM, or infrastructure engineering.
• Ability to translate infrastructure needs into product strategy and customer value.
• Hands-on familiarity with IT infrastructure trends: virtualization and container orchestration.
• Knowledge in SCADA, EMS, DMS, and energy/critical infrastructure domains.
• Understanding of cybersecurity standards like IEC 62443 and hardening/certificate management.
• Strategic thinker with structured, collaborative working style and stakeholder engagement.
• Fluent English communication.

Responsibilities

• Defining and driving infrastructure product strategy and roadmap for Spectrum Power 7.
• Translating complex infrastructure requirements into clear product requirements and priorities.
• Driving efficiency of system administration tasks including automated deployment and cybersecurity settings.
• Partnering with R&D, software architects, and regional teams to adopt OpenShift.
• Leading migration from legacy environments to modern container orchestration with business case evaluation.
• Standardizing network configurations and ensuring cybersecurity standards compliance.
• Representing infrastructure perspectives in customer discussions, tenders and audits.
• Aligning product management, engineering, and business stakeholders for transparency and execution.
• Monitoring virtualization trends and competitive trends in energy automation.
