Job summary

PT. Mastersystem Infotama seeks a DevSecOps & Cloud-Native engineer to support presales, architecture design, and SOW sizing in Jakarta. You will work with Sales and Product teams to craft technical solutions and present them to customers, including architecture designs and toolchain recommendations.

Ideal candidates have 3–5 years in DevSecOps, cloud infra, or platform engineering, with strong Linux, Kubernetes/OpenShift, and IaC experience. Certifications in Red Hat or Kubernetes are a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Informatics, Computer Science, or related field.
• 3–5 years of hands-on DevSecOps, cloud infra, or platform engineering experience.
• Strong knowledge of Linux (RHEL/Ubuntu).
• Familiar with Kubernetes, OpenShift, and microservices architecture.
• Experience with CI/CD, GitOps, and source control management.
• Proficient in YAML configuration and Infrastructure as Code.
• Certified in Red Hat, Kubernetes, or Cloud/DevSecOps technologies.

Responsibilities

• Support presales for DevSecOps & Cloud-Native solutions, specializing in CI/CD, container orchestration (Kubernetes/OpenShift/EKS), and Infrastructure as Code (Terraform/Ansible).
• Collaborate with Sales and Product teams to design and present technical solutions to customers — including architecture designs, toolchain recommendations, and DevSecOps assessments.
• Coordinate with Delivery teams to define Scope of Work (SOW), implementation plans, and professional services sizing.
• Assess customer's development workflows and operational challenges to recommend optimal DevSecOps solutions that improve speed, reliability, and cost efficiency.
• Develop Proposal Documents, Bill of Materials (BoM), Pricing, and Statements of Work for DevSecOps engagements.
