Job summary

Mekari, Indonesia's leading SaaS company, seeks a Product Manager for Mekari Flex and Talenta integration, covering earned wage access, employee financing, and a flexible benefits marketplace. You will own the payroll boundary, ensure sync of deductions and cutoffs, manage end-to-end vendor integrations, and work with Finance and Partnerships on economics.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years in product management, with at least 1 year on a money-moving product.
• Ability to build and defend a unit-economics model for your feature.
• Experience owning a partner integration from go-live to settlement and escalation.
• Use AI to draft specs, synthesize research, and prototype ideas, while knowing what to check manually.
• Clear professional writing in Bahasa Indonesia and English; switch registers as needed.
• Think in edge cases; this product affects workers' rent money.
• No CS degree required; fintech/payments background is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own products across earned wage access, employee financing, and the flexible benefit & voucher marketplace.
• Maintain payroll boundary sync between Flex and Talenta for deductions, cutoffs, and reporting.
• Lead end-to-end vendor and partner integrations, including settlement and reconciliation.
• Collaborate with Finance and Partnerships on the economics of what you ship.
