Job summary

Traveloka, a Jakarta-based tech startup, is seeking a senior Product Manager to drive product direction by understanding customer needs and business goals. You will lead discovery with data, define problems and success metrics, and translate direction into a prioritized roadmap with engineering and design.

You will participate in agile ceremonies, monitor performance after launch, collaborate with partner teams, and keep stakeholders aligned across commercial and leadership.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of product management experience in technology companies.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, CS, Engineering, or related field.
• Strong product sense with customer viewpoint and technical depth for engineers.
• Data-informed with ability to test assumptions and measure impact.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Translate direction into clear product requirements and a prioritised roadmap with engineering and design.
• Test hypotheses early to validate ideas and optimise build capacity.
• Participate in agile ceremonies and sprint activities to remove impediments.
• Monitor product performance and operational health post-launch.
• Coordinate with adjacent product teams and external partners.
• Keep stakeholders informed and aligned across commercial, operations, and leadership.
