Job summary

Traveloka is seeking a talented Product Manager with strong expertise in customer-facing mobile apps and desktop web platforms to join our dynamic team. You will drive the product vision, develop roadmaps, and collaborate with engineering to deliver scalable, high-performance experiences.

You will lead experiments, work with UX/UI and data scientists, mentor teammates, and ensure data-driven decisions that improve user satisfaction and growth across Traveloka's apps and web products.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS, Engineering or related field.
• 5+ years in product management, with 3+ years in customer-facing apps/web.
• Experience in travel, e-commerce, or high-traffic consumer apps.
• Strong cross-platform UX and API-driven development.
• Experience designing and running experiments (A/B tests).
• Solid knowledge of Agile/Scrum.
• Analytical, data-driven decision making.
• Excellent interpersonal and strategic thinking.

Responsibilities

• Shape product vision and strategy for customer-facing Apps and Desktop products.
• Develop roadmaps aligning technical and business priorities.
• Collaborate with engineering to define scalable, reliable features.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis.
• Design and run experiments to validate hypotheses.
• Work with UX/UI and data scientists to align product strategy.
• Prioritize features and manage backlog.
• Monitor KPIs and identify areas for improvement.
