Job summary

PT Omoway Technology Indonesia is seeking an experienced Product Manager to own the end-to-end lifecycle of its electric motorcycle lineup, including the OMO-X. You will ensure documentation, regulatory compliance, and seamless updates in collaboration with global product teams.

Responsibilities include managing product lineup strategy, localization of manuals and guides, coordinating with Engineering, Quality, Compliance and Brand teams, and leading product readiness for launches.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field preferred
• Minimum 2 years in automotive industry, two-wheeler experience a plus
• Strong understanding of product lifecycle management
• Familiarity with vehicle registration/certification processes (STPD, NJKB/NIK) advantageous
• English proficiency required
• Strong project management and cross-functional coordination skills
• Detail-oriented with technical documentation
• EV/automotive rapidly evolving environment

Responsible for end-to-end management of Omoway's electric motorcycle product lineup (including OMO-X), ensuring products are well-documented, compliant, and continuously updated in coordination with global product teams.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and maintain the full product lineup strategy, positioning, and lifecycle for Omoway's electric motorcycles

Develop, review, and localize product documentation, including owner's manuals and technical guides

Determine and manage STPD (Marketing Target) for Omoway Lineups

Act as the primary liaison with the global product team on all product-related matters (specifications, roadmap, technical issues, escalations)

Oversee product updates including OTA (Over-The-Air) software updates, feature enhancements, and functionality improvements

Coordinate cross-functionally with Engineering, Quality, Compliance, and Brand teams to ensure smooth product rollouts

Monitor product performance and quality issues post-launch, and coordinate corrective actions with relevant teams

Support new product launch planning from a product-readiness perspective

Track and manage product-related regulatory compliance (in coordination with compliance functions)

Qualifications

Minimum Bachelor's degree (S1), any relevant major (Engineering, Automotive, Business, or related field preferred)

Minimum 2 years of experience in the automotive industry (two-wheeler experience is a plus)
