Peran ini bekerja erat dengan tim Penjualan, Medis, BD, dan pemangku kepentingan eksternal untuk mendorong pertumbuhan merek, pangsa pasar, dan akses pasien melalui inisiatif pemasaran berbasis data dan engagement ilmiah.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of experience in Product Management or Marketing within pharma.
• Experience with Specialty Care or related therapeutic products is preferred.
• Understanding of regulatory and compliance standards in pharma marketing.

About The Role

The Product Executive is responsible for supporting the development and execution of marketing strategies and brand plans for assigned therapeutic portfolios. This role works closely with Sales, Medical Affairs, Business Development, and external stakeholders to drive brand growth, increase market share, and improve patient access through effective marketing initiatives and scientific engagement.

What You Will Deliver

• Assist in developing and implementing annual marketing and brand plans for assigned products.
• Analyze market trends, competitor activities, customer insights, and therapeutic developments to identify business opportunities.
• Monitor product performance, sales trends, market share, and profitability, recommending improvement actions where needed.
• Support product launches, lifecycle management, and portfolio optimization initiatives.
• Develop and execute promotional campaigns aligned with company objectives and compliance standards.
• Prepare marketing materials, promotional tools, scientific presentations, and digital content.
• Coordinate product-related activities including symposiums, webinars, workshops, and scientific meetings.
• Collaborate with sales teams to ensure effective product positioning and implementation of marketing strategies.
• Monitor market dynamics, competitor activities, pricing trends, and healthcare regulations.
• Analyze sales data and performance metrics to evaluate marketing effectiveness.

What You Bring

• 2-5 years of experience in Product Management, Product Executive, Marketing Executive, or Pharmaceutical Marketing.
• Experience handling Specialty Care, Hepatology, Respiratory, Gastroenterology, or related therapeutic products is preferred.
• Experience in launching or managing ethical pharmaceutical products is an advantage.
• Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, Medicine, Biotechnology, Marketing, or related field.
• Results-driven with a proactive mindset.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
