Job description

• Analyze market competitiveness and propose new product concepts aligned with competitive and market-acceptable product segmentation, targeting, and positioning strategies.
• Develop new product launch plans based on the 6Ps: Product, Price, Place, Promotion, Proposition, and Packaging.
• Collaborate with internal teams such as Development & Business Strategy and work together on creating innovative designs. Also collaborate with external parties such as Agencies, Creative Design teams, or Event Organizers (EO) to ensure promotional activities run smoothly.
• Monitor and evaluate existing product performance in terms of quality, packaging, sales development, and product distribution.

Job Qualifications:

• Male / Female
• Bachelor’s degree in Medicine or Pharmacy, or a licensed Pharmacist
• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Product Executive or 1 year of experience as a Product Manager
• Experience in the Pharmaceutical Industry
• Experienced in managing marketing research and advertising activities
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Strong understanding of the evolving Indonesian healthcare environment and its impact on the future pharmaceutical business
• Good command of English communication skills
• Strong presentation, analytical, and negotiation skills
• Willing to be placed at the Head Office, South Jakarta
