Job summary

Mganik Group is seeking a Product Engineer to own the development and maintenance of digital solutions supporting clinic operations, sales, and internal HR and Finance workflows. You will work from identifying user pain points to building architecture and ensuring secure, reliable systems.

You will collaborate with business users and system owners to design integrations, APIs, and data models, implement RBAC and security controls, and lead technical testing, demos, and UAT to ensure smooth

Qualifications

Experience as a full-stack or integration engineer delivering enterprise apps.
Strong SQL database design and data modeling experience.
API engineering and system integration expertise.
Knowledge of security controls and data confidentiality.

Responsibilities

Uncover operational problems by collaborating with users and process owners to design targeted technical solutions.
Build and develop applications, interfaces, backends, and automations for business functions.
Integrate systems via APIs, focusing on fault handling and duplicate transactions.
Maintain data integrity and security with RBAC and identity management.
Conduct technical testing, demos, and support UAT with users.
Prepare and release system changes to production with monitoring and rollback plans.
Maintain continuous system functionality and evaluate utilization with business teams.
