Job summary

PT Henan Putihrai Asset Management is seeking a Product Development Unit Head to build a dedicated product function. You will lead market intelligence, gap analysis, and lifecycle management to align products with distribution needs and drive AUM growth.

You will oversee end-to-end product development, review the current suite, develop new mutual fund offerings, and ensure compliance with OJK regulations in coordination with regulators, custodians, and partners.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance or related field.
• Minimum 5 years in capital markets or asset management.
• Hands-on experience launching mutual funds or ETFs.
• Certifications such as CFA/CFP are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop the annual product development roadmap and blueprint, and evaluate progress regularly.
• Conduct market mapping, competitor benchmarking, and market intelligence to identify new product opportunities.
• Review the entire existing product suite, identify gaps and improvement opportunities, and lead optimization initiatives.
• Propose and develop new mutual fund products based on market needs, investment trends, and competitor analysis, including business cases and financial feasibility.
• Lead the end-to-end product development process, from initiation and planning to regulatory approval, launch readiness, and post-launch monitoring.
• Coordinate with respective teams to ensure products are delivered on time and in line with distribution needs.
• Ensure all product development and lifecycle processes comply with internal SOPs and OJK regulations, including coordination with OJK, KSEI, and custodian banks.

About The Role:

Henan Asset is looking for a Product Development Unit Head to build a dedicated product function for the company. This role will lead market intelligence, product gap analysis, competitor benchmarking, and product lifecycle management, while making sure our products are aligned with distribution needs. Qualifications

Required Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Management, Economics, Actuarial Science, Mathematics, or a related field.
• WMI and Investment Adviser (Penasihat Investasi) certifications; CFA Level 1 and CFP are a plus.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in the capital market or asset management industry.
• Hands-on experience in developing and launching mutual funds, ETFs, fixed income funds, structured products, or protected funds.
• Experience working with regulators, APERD, custodian banks, and institutional partners.
• Strong understanding of OJK regulations related to investment products.
