Job summary

Sun Life Indonesia is seeking a seasoned investment strategy professional to lead strategic portfolio design, develop innovative fund propositions, and drive investment execution aligned with client needs and business objectives across Indonesia.

You will integrate portfolio strategy, fund structuring, including Sharia and derivatives, with investment analytics while collaborating with distribution, compliance and risk teams to ensure product viability and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Minimum: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or related field.
• Preferred: CFA or equivalent designation.
• 8+ years in investment strategy, fund development, or portfolio management.

Responsibilities

• Design and optimize investment portfolios to meet client objectives and regulatory requirements.
• Engage with internal and external stakeholders to promote investment solutions and gather market intelligence.
• Develop and launch new fund propositions, including thematic, Sharia-compliant, and cross-border products.
• Collaborate with distribution, compliance, and risk teams to ensure product viability and alignment.
• Conduct investment research and analysis to support asset allocation and fund performance.

Education
