Job summary

PT Akasha Wira International Tbk. offers a Product Development Intern role in Beauty Care. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and contribute to ideation for new products.

You will assist in market research to identify trends and consumer needs, support product design and development, and gain practical experience with industry-standard tools. Placement is at Head Office, Tb. Simatupang, South Jakarta.

Qualifications

• 4th-year student or fresh graduate with a degree in Chemical, Pharmacy, or Biotechnology.
• Internship experience in Product Development is preferred.
• Knowledge of FMCG, especially in the Beauty field.
• Able to join ASAP.
• Placement: Head Office Akasha, Tb. Simatupang, South Jakarta.

Support the design and development of new products, ensuring they meet quality standards, align with customer expectations, and adhere to project timelines.

Gain exposure to and support the use of various tools and technologies involved in the product development process, gaining practical experience with industry-standard tools.

Requirements

• 4th year student or Fresh Graduate (Bachelor’s degree in Chemical, Pharmacy, and Biotechnology).
• Having internship experienced in Product Development are preffered.
• Having knowledge about FMCG (Fast Moving Consumer Goods), especially in Beauty fields.
• Able to join ASAP
