Job summary

Hydra X is seeking a Product Designer to bridge product logic and polished interfaces for a multi-asset exchange platform used by institutional clients. You’ll write PRDs, design flows, and collaborate closely with engineers to deliver end-to-end features.

You’ll ship complex B2B interfaces, translate regulatory and business requirements into practical designs, and use AI to accelerate delivery. Strong English, fintech experience, and a portfolio showing impact are essential.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in product design for B2B/fintech with real complexity.
• Portfolio showing screens and thinking, plus business impact.
• Able to write useful PRDs for engineers and designers.

Responsibilities

• Write PRDs covering business logic, edge cases, regulatory needs and APIs.
• Design flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity prototypes for exchange features.
• Collaborate with engineers through sprint planning and reviews from start to finish.
• Interview institutional clients and translate insights into product decisions.
• Coordinate with compliance, legal, and ops for regulated workflows.
• Leverage AI tools to draft specs, generate wireframes, and test edge cases.
