Job summary

You will own the end-to-end product lifecycle, define strategy, and align cross-functional teams across engineering, design, compliance, marketing, and operations to deliver compliant and scalable fintech products.

The ideal candidate has hands-on fintech experience, thrives in fast-paced settings, and communicates clearly in English while leading initiatives across multiple regions.

Qualifications

• Ideal candidate has hands-on fintech experience and ship-and-scale capabilities.
• Strong understanding of product development, user research, and agile workflows.
• Familiarity with financial compliance frameworks (KYC/AML/PCI-DSS/PDPA/GDPR).

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the product roadmap in alignment with Group strategy and market trends.
• Manage the entire product lifecycle from discovery to delivery, launch, and iteration.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration with engineering, design, compliance, marketing, and operations.
• Conduct market and user research to inform prioritization, feature development, and go-to-market strategies.
• Embed regulatory requirements into product features and user experience design.
• Ensure seamless integration between technical feasibility, user needs, and business goals.
• Track product performance using KPIs (adoption, retention, NPS) and refine based on insights.
• Stay ahead of fintech trends including embedded finance, open banking, and real-time payments.
