• Develop and negotiate partnership models, commercial terms, pricing structures, and contracts with external partners.
• Lead new initiatives from concept proposal and requirement creation through launch and post-launch performance management.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure business initiatives are aligned with customer needs and company objectives.
• Conduct basic data analysis and monitor business performance to identify key insights, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
• Analyze customer needs, pain points, behaviors, and end-to-end customer journeys to develop relevant business solutions.
• Stay updated on the evolving digital ecosystem, consumer trends, technology, and lifestyle changes to identify potential business opportunities.
• Monitor and evaluate the performance of launched initiatives and recommend improvements to drive sustainable growth.
