Job summary

Autoliv's global team seeks a Finance Transformation Manager, Product Costing Management. The role leads capabilities for margin visibility from design to production, enabling action and profitability.

It sits in the CFO's office, coordinating with RD&E, Sales, Operations, SCM and Finance to deploy end-to-end costing solutions across actual, forecast and quotation processes. You will shape strategy, manage scope, and drive cross-functional engagement while controlling program costs and

Qualifications

University degree in Finance, Business Management or similar.
Professional fluent in English.
Deep knowledge in Product Costing and related topics like ABC Costing, Conversion Costing Methods.
Experience leading transformational change programs in global and complex environments.
Understanding of accounting, planning, forecasting and management reporting in manufacturing.

Responsibilities

Lead creation of capabilities and processes for reliable gross margin visibility from engineering to production.
Drive decision making with executive leadership and deploy solutions for actual, forecast and quotation processes.
Bridge functions across RD&E, Sales, Operations, SCM and Finance.
Shape program strategy, manage scope, progress and costs, and engage cross-functional leadership.
Represent the program in Autoliv governance mechanisms and events.
