Job summary

Smart Infrastructure seeks a Head of Factory Finance (Electrification & Automation) to partner with the Plant Manager and lead end-to-end financial management at the factory level. You will drive planning, forecasting, budgeting, and reporting while monitoring KPIs, productivity, and profitability.

You will own commercial topics, implement digitalized financial processes, and ensure strict FRG compliance. Strong SAP skills and leadership in a manufacturing setting are essential.

Qualifications

• 7-8 years of professional experience in Finance/Controlling, ideally in industrial/manufacturing settings.
• Strong leadership and people development capabilities.
• Proven ability to manage budgeting, forecasting and financial planning processes.
• Proficient in SAP and financial systems; understands manufacturing KPIs and cost structures.

Responsibilities

• Act as trusted business partner to Plant Manager, driving financial performance and KPIs.
• Own plant-level financial activities: planning, forecasting, budgeting, controlling, accounting, reporting.
• Manage Gross Profit, Investments and Net Working Capital.
• Ensure timely monthly/quarterly reporting per FRG, controls and regulatory requirements.
• Provide insights by analyzing variances, root causes and corrective actions.
• Lead commercial topics, align with BU Finance and governance.
• Drive standardization and digitalization of financial processes.
• Oversee productivity and cost-optimization measures.
