Job summary

Güntner Group in East Java seeks an Engineering Project Manager to coordinate technical product changes across multiple sites. You will lead cross-functional teams, prepare work package descriptions, and contribute engineering expertise to concepts and production solutions.

The role requires 1–3 years of experience, strong English, and willingness to work in Pasuruan/Wonokoyo. You will monitor progress, assess risks, and optimize change processes and related tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in engineering or related field, or a mechanical engineering technician with PM interest.
• 1–3 years of relevant experience.
• Experience with machinery directives, project management, design and risk assessments.
• Good spoken and written English, strong communication, analytical and strategic thinking.
• Willing to work in Wonokoyo, Beji, Pasuruan, East Java.

Responsibilities

• Coordination of technical product change requests within Güntner, including multi-site interfaces with global coordinators.
• Independent execution of task packages in collaboration with department managers.
• Preparation of work package descriptions.
• Contribute engineering expertise to technical concepts and production solutions.
• Assess opportunities, risks, and potential impacts.
• Monitor and report on progress of product changes.
• Continuously optimize change processes and related software tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in an engineering background (mechanical engineering / plant engineering/ refrigeration engineering) or alternatively a mechanical engineering technician with a passion for project management.
• Minimum 1-3 years of relevant experience.
• Expertise in the field of machinery directives, project management, (sheet metal) design and risk assessments.
• Practical professional experience in technical change management or project management is an advantage.
• A very good command of spoken and written English
• Strong communication skills, analytical, and strategic thinking.
• Willing to work in Wonokoyo, Beji, Pasuruan, East Java.
