Job summary

Güntner in East Java seeks a results-oriented engineer to coordinate technical product changes across multiple sites, aligning with global coordinators. You will manage task packages, prepare work descriptions, and contribute engineering expertise to production solutions.

The role requires 1–3 years of relevant experience, strong English communication, and willingness to work in Wonokoyo, Beji, Pasuruan, East Java. You will monitor progress and continuously improve change processes and tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in engineering (mechanical/plant/refrigeration) or a mechanical engineering technician with PM interest.
• 1–3 years of relevant experience.
• Experience with machinery directives, project management, sheet metal design, and risk assessments.
• Practical experience in change management or project management is a plus.
• Excellent spoken and written English.
• Willing to work in Wonokoyo, Beji, Pasuruan, East Java.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate technical product changes within Güntner across multiple sites with global coordinators.
• Independently execute task packages in collaboration with department managers.
• Prepare descriptions of work packages.
• Contribute engineering expertise to concepts and production solutions.
• Assess opportunities, risks, and potential impacts.
• Monitor and report progress of product changes.
• Continuously optimize change processes and related software tools.
