The role focuses on sourcing and negotiating with vendors, ensuring timely purchases, and maintaining accurate records while collaborating with engineering, maintenance, and operations teams. Fluent English is required, and a proactive, data-driven approach is essential.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of purchasing/procurement experience in the apartment/property industry.
• Fluent in English (basic level minimum).
• Strong negotiation abilities.
• Understanding of the aanwijzing process.
• Proficient in data and BQ analysis.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage daily procurement activities
• Source, evaluate, and negotiate with vendors and suppliers
• Ensure timely purchasing of materials, services, and maintenance needs
• Monitor supplier performance, pricing, and contract compliance
• Coordinate with internal teams (engineering, maintenance, operations)
• Maintain accurate procurement records and reports
• Ensure cost efficiency and adherence to company policies
