Job summary

PT Merdeka Copper Gold seeks a Procurement Manager to support the CFO by leading procurement for TSF operations, coordinating supplier activity, and monitoring OPEX for cost efficiency and policy compliance. You will manage vendor sourcing, evaluation, negotiation, and contract administration while ensuring records and approvals meet internal controls.

Role requires 3–5 years in mining procurement, strong Excel/ERP skills, and fluency in Bahasa Indonesia, English, and Mandarin.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Management, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in procurement within mining, industrial, or heavy equipment sectors.
• Experience in vendor sourcing, supplier evaluation, contract administration, and negotiation.
• Strong analytical skills to monitor procurement spending and budgets.
• Proficient in Excel and ERP systems. Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia, English and Mandarin.

Responsibilities

• Lead procurement of goods and services related to TSF operations, including equipment, materials, and contractors.
• Coordinate and supervise procurement activities for timely purchase requests and compliance.
• Monitor operational expenses against budgets and identify variances and cost-saving opportunities.
• Manage vendor sourcing, evaluation, negotiation, and contract administration to ensure performance.
• Maintain procurement records, tender files, and approval workflows per internal controls.
• Review and approve purchase orders, verify invoices, and coordinate with Finance for payments.
• Prepare periodic procurement and vendor performance reports for CFO and stakeholders.
• Ensure all activities comply with policies, controls, audit requirements, and regulations.
• Identify and implement procurement process improvements and cost-optimization initiatives.
