Job summary

Pou Chen Group Indonesia is seeking a detail-oriented procurement professional to manage price reviews, supplier data, and journal records in SAP. You will source suppliers, interview candidates, and analyze project data to support timely purchasing decisions.

You will collaborate with factories to resolve issues promptly, participate in routine meetings, and prepare reports on data collection and procurement performance for leadership review.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any major; English proficiency required.
• Proficiency in English communication.
• 1+ year experience in procurement or related field; fresh graduates welcome.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office software.
• Ability to adapt quickly.
• Experience in English presentations.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct daily unit price review and purchase information record update into the SAP system.
• Review supplier information database.
• Review material purchasing journal.
• Sourcing supplier and conduct interviews.
• Collect and analyze procurement and project data.
• Conduct meetings with factories to help factories solve problems immediately.
• Routine meetings and report data collection and presentation.
