The role covers vendor selection and negotiation preparation under supervision, plus managing day-to-day procurement documents, purchase orders, and vendor coordination for assigned projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field.
• Experience in sourcing or procurement; fresh graduates welcome.
• Good understanding of sourcing processes, cost optimization, and vendor management.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Professional proficiency in English.
• Willing to be based on-site in Cikarang.

Responsibilities

• Support project-related procurement activities to ensure cost efficiency, quality, and timely delivery.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to gather requirements and align procurement with project needs.
• Assist in vendor selection and negotiation preparation under supervisor guidance.
• Manage day-to-day procurement documentation, purchase orders, and vendor coordination for assigned projects.
• Monitor supplier performance and prepare procurement reports to support project tracking and compliance.
