Job summary

BINUS Group is seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor for infrastructure/building projects in Jakarta. The role requires strong measurement, cost management, and contract knowledge to support procurement and budgeting processes.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's in Civil Engineering or related field with 3–5 years' experience, familiar with FIDIC contracts, and able to work with vendors and internal stakeholders. This on-site position offers growth and exposure to large-scale projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 3–5 years as a Quantity Surveyor in building or infrastructure projects.
• Proficient in quantity measurement, cost planning, estimation and control.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, standards, and regulations.
• Familiar with FIDIC, lump sum, unit price contracts; variation orders and claims.
• Knowledge of procurement, tender processes, and vendor/subcontractor negotiation; QS certifications preferred.

• Strong knowledge of construction methods, building materials, industry standards, and regulations.
• Good understanding of construction contracts (FIDIC, lump sum, unit price), including variation orders and claim management.
• Familiar with procurement, tender processes, and vendor/subcontractor negotiation, with strong analytical, logical, communication, and attention-to-detail skills; QS certification (CQS, IQSI, RICS, etc.) is preferred.
