Job summary

Aden Services – Indonesia in Jakarta seeks a Data & Process Manager to lead procurement data governance, ensure ERP data integrity in Microsoft Dynamics 365, and drive cross‑department standardization.

You will develop automated procurement reporting and KPIs (Power BI) and manage the Data Management Officer to maintain master data, while partnering with Finance, IT, and Operations to optimize processes and reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; 5+ years in Procurement, Supply Chain, Data Analytics or ERP management.
• Strong familiarity with ERP systems, preferably Dynamics 365.
• Advanced Excel and Power BI skills to build automated reports.

Responsibilities

• Direct the Data Management Officer to maintain procurement master data in the ERP.
• Ensure validation workflows for new item/vendor creations and data updates.
• Develop, automate, and maintain procurement reporting, dashboards, and KPIs.
• Lead process standardization across all departments and improve SOPs.
• Coordinate with ERP service providers and cross-functional teams for data integrity.
