Indogal Agro Trading is seeking a procurement professional to source and manage commodity suppliers, both locally and internationally. You will request, compare, and negotiate quotations to secure the best value while ensuring accuracy in purchase orders and procurement documentation.

You will monitor order status, coordinate delivery schedules, inspect goods for quality and quantity, and maintain procurement records.

Formación

• Experience negotiating with suppliers and evaluating quotations.
• Proficiency in preparing and processing purchase orders and procurement docs.
• Ability to analyze procurement data and generate reports.

• Coordinate with suppliers to monitor order status, delivery schedules, and inspect delivered goods to ensure they meet quality and quantity standards.
• Maintain and update procurement records and product data.
• Perform data analysis and reporting related to procurement activities.
