Job summary

Pengiklan Anonim is seeking a procurement leader in Lampung to support strategy, supplier negotiations, and PO management. The role focuses on aligning supplier terms with company policy and ensuring timely delivery of goods and services for refinery operations.

Ideal candidates have a refinery procurement background, strong data analysis and decision‑making skills, and fluency in English; Mandarin could be advantageous. Two full‑time positions are available, based in Lampung.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Management or Industrial Engineering.
• At least 5 years as Section Head Procurement in Refinery.
• Strong negotiation and networking experience.
• Aptitude in decision-making and working with numbers.
• Experience collecting and analyzing data.
• Fluent in English; Mandarin could be an advantage.
• Two full-time positions available.
• Willing to be located in Lampung.

Responsibilities

• Assist procurement preparation and documents per company policies.
• Monitor procurement requests and Shopping Card entries in SRM.
• Negotiate pricing, terms, and requirements with suppliers.
• Check and monitor availability of goods per Purchase Order specs.
• Coordinate delivery times from suppliers to SBUs as needed.
• Perform SRM bidding and create QCF for PO issuance.
• Actively seek alternative vendors or sub-contractors when needed.
• Monitor and follow up on outstanding Purchase Orders.

Job description

To assist procurement preparation process and documents in accordance with company policies and procedure

To monitor and follow up on procurement request and entered Shopping Card in SRM list under the responsibility of Procurement

To negotiate pricing proposal, conditions, and requirements to purchase goods and services directly to the supplier in order to obtain the best price, conditions, and requirements

To check and monitor the availability of goods and services in compliance with the quantity, quality, delivery time, payment terms and other requirements specified in the Purchase Order

To coordinate and arrange delivery time from suppliers to relevant SBUs as per the required needs and fund availabilities

To perform SRM bidding and create QCF as the basis to issue Purchase Order (PO)

To actively seek alternative vendors / suppliers, or sub-contractors whenever necessary

To monitor and follow up outstanding Purchase Order

Job Requirement :

Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Management, Industrial Engineering or equivalent

At least 5 year(s) of working experience as Section Head Procurement in Refinery

Having good experience in negotiations and networking

Aptitude in decision-making and working with numbers

Experience in collecting and analyzing data

Must be fluent in English, can speak Mandarin could be an advantages

Two full time positions are available

Willing to be located in Lampung
