PT DBG Technology Indonesia is seeking an FQC Inspector to perform final quality inspections on SMT electronics, ensuring conformance to drawings, specs, and customer requirements.
You will document defects, segregate NG from OK products, and prepare inspection reports. Requires 2 years in FQC/SMT and English or Mandarin proficiency; on-site in Batam, Indonesia.
Conduct product quality checks during the final inspection process before the product is shipped to the customer.
Ensure the product complies with drawings, specifications, standards, and customer requirements.
Perform visual, dimensional, functional, and characteristic inspections of the product according to applicable standards.
Identify and record any defects/NG found in the product.
Separate OK and NG products and make sure NG products don't go to the next process or shipment.
Create and fill out FQC inspection reports.
Check measurements using measuring tools according to procedures and ensure the tools are in good working condition.
Conduct sampling inspections according to specified inspection standards.
Coordinate with production, QA, and related departments if quality issues are found.
Assist in following up on defects and ensure corrective actions are taken.
Maintaining and following SOP procedures, WI, quality standards, and company safety.
Keeping documentation and inspection records complete and accurate.
Education & Qualification: Minimum Vocational High School (SMK) / Senior High School diploma or above.
Language Skills: Proficient in EITHER English OR Mandarin for daily operational communication and reporting (bilingual capability is an added advantage).
Work Experience:
Minimum 2 years of hands‑on experience in SMT electronics manufacturing or FQC (Final Quality Control) inspection.
Experience with incoming material inspection equipment and AQL sampling processes.
Technical Knowledge:
Familiarity with SMT electronic components and material naming conventions.
Strong working knowledge of AQL inspection standards, technical drawings, and measuring tools.
Software Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office, with strong practical skills in Microsoft Excel (data statistics, formulas, and functions).
Personal Attributes: Age 18–35, presentable appearance, clear communication skills, high attention to detail, and a strong sense of responsibility.
