Job summary

广东高义包装科技股份有限公司 is seeking a Mandarin-speaking Quality Supervisor to oversee QMS operations at our Batam manufacturing site. You will liaise with headquarters and international teams to ensure compliance with ISO 9001 and related standards.

Qualified candidates have 3+ years in quality assurance or supervisory roles, strong problem-solving ability, document control experience, and a proven track record of coaching staff to uphold quality metrics. Proficiency in Mandarin and English is essential.

Qualifications

• Fluent in Mandarin (written and spoken) to communicate with headquarters and international teams.
• Minimum 3+ years of experience in quality assurance, quality control or supervisory roles within manufacturing environments.
• Strong understanding and practical experience with Quality Management Systems, preferably ISO 9001 or equivalent standards.
• Proven experience managing document control systems, configuration management, and maintaining version control protocols.
• Knowledge of quality inspection methods, testing procedures, statistical analysis and quality metrics.
• Familiarity with manufacturing regulations, packaging standards and compliance requirements in relevant markets.
• Demonstrated leadership to supervise teams, coach staff and foster a quality-focused culture.
• Strong analytical and investigative skills with root cause analysis and corrective actions.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in Mandarin and English.
• Attention to detail with strong organisational and time management capabilities.
• ISO 9001 Lead Auditor certification, Six Sigma training or equivalent quality management certifications would be advantageous

Mandarin language proficiency: Fluent in Mandarin (both written and spoken) to communicate effectively with headquarters and international teams

Quality Assurance expertise: Minimum 3+ years of experience in quality assurance, quality control or related supervisory roles within manufacturing environments

QMS knowledge: Strong understanding and practical experience with Quality Management Systems, preferably ISO 9001 or equivalent standards

Document control experience: Proven experience managing document control systems, configuration management, and maintaining version control protocols

Technical competency: Knowledge of quality inspection methods, testing procedures, statistical analysis and quality metrics

Regulatory compliance: Familiarity with manufacturing regulations, packaging standards and compliance requirements in relevant markets

Leadership skills: Demonstrated ability to supervise teams, provide coaching and foster a quality-focused culture
