Blibli is seeking a proactive Process Improvement & Reengineering Junior Officer for the Supply Chain team in Kota Jakarta Pusat, DKI Jakarta, Indonesia. The role focuses on capturing user needs, mapping current processes, and documenting improvements to drive efficiency across operations.

You will support system implementation and data-driven optimization initiatives while collaborating with stakeholders. This entry-level position emphasizes ownership, rapid learning, and automation interest.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Information Systems, or related fields.
• Strong understanding of business processes and improvement methodologies (DMAIC, Six Sigma, BPI).
• Skilled in process mapping, SOP development, and data analysis (advanced Excel required).
• Experience in system implementation or business/operational projects; HR systems/Darwinbox is a plus.
• Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and communication skills. Proactive, independent, and comfortable working in ambiguous environments.
• Fast learner with strong ownership and interest in automation and process improvement.
