Qualifications

University degree with strong experience in process improvement, automation, or digital transformation initiatives.
Proven experience in HR Operations, Shared Services, or Process Excellence roles.
Strong understanding of end-to-end employee lifecycle processes.
Analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to translate data into insights and actionable decisions.
Collaborative team player who can work with diverse stakeholders.
Clear written and spoken English, with ability to engage senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Drive end-to-end process excellence across Indonesia.
Lead continuous improvement and digital transformation initiatives.
Turn data into clear insights and actions for stakeholders.
Manage employee listening strategy and related tools.
Integrate multi-source feedback with operational data to identify improvements.
Facilitate listening sessions and follow-up conversations to uncover pain points.
Champion solutions that improve employee experience and business outcomes.
