PT LIUGONG MACHINERY MANUFACTURING INDONESIA is seeking an experienced engineer to plan and optimize heavy equipment assembly processes. You will lead process validation during prototype phases, resolve on-site issues, and implement improvements to ensure assembly quality.

The role includes collaboration with R&D and Quality to refine tooling, monitor line performance, and train teams for standardized execution. Proficiency in English and local regulations is preferred.

Formación

• Experience in on-site technical management and industrial engineering design.
• Familiarity with manufacturing process design, production line design, and workflow optimization.
• Knowledge of local manufacturing regulations in Indonesia preferred.
• Proficiency in reading and writing English.
• Mastery of AutoCAD and Creo for design work.
• Proficiency in Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

Responsabilidades

• Plan the vehicle assembly process route and optimize workflows to improve efficiency.
• Lead process validation during the prototype phase for new vehicle models.
• Resolve on-site assembly issues and implement technical improvements.
• Collaborate with R&D and Quality to optimize tooling and fixture designs for precision.
• Monitor production line cycle times and capacity data, analyze bottlenecks and drive continuous improvement.
• Conduct training on new processes and provide on-site guidance to ensure standardized operations.
