Job summary

Qualifications

• Degree in chemical engineering, chemistry or industrial engineering.
• 3–5 years of experience in chemicals or paints.
• Chemical or paint processing experience preferred.
• Proficient with computers and software.
• Basic English and local language literacy.

Responsibilities

• Assist and advise Factory Manager in driving operational and Plant KPI.
• Continuous Improvement Champion for the plant.
• Drive process and project improvements relating to safety, quality, cost and delivery.
• Lead cost-saving initiatives for the plant.
• Initiate and implement new solutions for process efficiency.
• Lead production processes for new product introductions.
