Qualifications

• Advanced degree in Business Administration, Commerce, International Trade, Marketing, or related fields.
• Fluency in English and Indonesian required.
• Minimum 2 years (with master’s) or 4 years (with bachelor’s) of relevant experience.
• Experience coordinating with government, private sector and multi-stakeholder groups.

Responsibilities

• Translate identified private sector opportunities into concrete partnership concepts, action plans, and investment cases.
• Support market development, private sector engagement, and blended finance initiatives.
• Coordinate with government counterparts, private sector actors, and civil society to advance sustainable commodity value chains.
• Develop and maintain a pipeline of partnerships, investments, and market-based interventions.
• Ensure compliance with UNDP safeguards, gender equality, and inclusive development in all activities.
