Job summary

UNDP Indonesia seeks a Private Sector Engagement Analyst to lead UNDP's engagement with the private sector for sustainable, inclusive commodity development, especially land- and marine-based resources. You will identify partners, develop strategic concepts, and mobilize private capital to support market-based solutions across national, landscape, and international levels.

The role requires coordinating dialogues, building partnerships, and translating opportunities into concrete investment cases

Qualifications

• Advanced degree in a relevant field (MBA/Commerce/International Trade) or equivalent with experience.
• Minimum 2–4 years of professional experience in private sector engagement, partnerships or market development.
• Fluency in English and Indonesian required.

Responsibilities

• Strengthen UNDP Indonesia's strategic positioning with private sector actors and build a pipeline of partnerships.
• Translate opportunities into concrete partnership concepts, action plans and investment cases.
• Coordinate dialogues and forums to mobilize expertise, innovation and investment.
• Support market readiness for producers and facilitate policy dialogue on regulatory requirements.
