Job summary

Lutechresources sedang mencari Principal Contract Management Spec untuk menangani isu kontrak utama pada proyek-proyek energi berskala besar. Peran ini membutuhkan keahlian mendalam dalam manajemen kontrak, manajemen risiko, dan koordinasi dengan mitra usaha, dengan pelaporan langsung ke jajaran eksekutif.

Posisi penuh waktu di Indonesia dengan integrasi tim Project Controls. Kandidat diharapkan memiliki rekam jejak di proyek Offshore/Subsea/O&G dan kemampuan mengelola perubahan kontrak serta

Qualifications

• Memiliki pengalaman bidang manajemen kontrak yang relevan.
• Pengalaman bekerja pada proyek Offshore, Subsea, atau Oil & Gas onshore/offshore.
• Terlibat dalam eksekusi proyek Joint Venture atau konsorsium.
• Melaporkan langsung ke direktur proyek atau level eksekutif.
• Memiliki pengetahuan kontraktual dan komersial untuk memastikan kepatuhan proyek.

Responsibilities

• Mengelola hubungan klien pada isu kontrak utama.
• Mengalirkan kontrak dari kontrak utama ke subkontrak dan pesanan pembelian.
• Korespondensi klien mencakup isu teknis dan komersial.
• Mengelola perubahan, termasuk hak dan kewajiban perubahan.
• Mengelola asuransi dan klaim asuransi.
• Memenuhi persyaratan ijin, termasuk persyaratan lokal, negara bagian, dan Federal serta Letter of Credit.
• Manajemen risiko, termasuk daftar risiko dan kewajiban garansi.
• Melaporkan kepada direktorat proyek maupun mitra joint venture/koalisi.

Description

Job Overview:

The Principal Contract Management Spec is responsible for interpreting internal or external business issues and recommending best practices. They will be tasked with solving complex Contract Management-related problems and will work independently with minimal guidance. The Principal Contract Management Spec may be responsible for leading functional teams or projects and is regarded as a specialist in Contract Management As such, they must have in-depth expertise in Contract & Project Strategy as well as broad knowledge of the Contract & Project Strategy discipline within the Project Controls function.

Responsibilities

Key Tasks and Responsibilities:

• Manage client relationships on prime contract issues
• Flow downs from the prime contract to subcontracts and purchase orders
• Client correspondence, including both technical and commercial issues
• Manage change, including change orders rights, and obligations
• Insurance and insurance claims management
• Permit requirements, both in obtaining and ensuring compliance, including local, state and Federal requirements, and Letter of credit requirements
• Risk management, including risks registers and warranty obligations
• Report to both the project directorate and any joint venture/consortium partners on both technical and commercial issues

Qualifications

Essential Qualifications and Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Process Engineering, or a related field
• 3-5 years of experience in contract management field experience
• Working experience preferably in Offshore, Subsea, or Onshore Oil and Gas related projects
• Joint Venture or consortium project execution
• Direct reporting to a project director or executive level
• Contractual and commercial knowledge to ensure project compliance
