Qualifications

• Gelar sarjana di bidang Teknik (Mesin atau Kimia) diperlukan.
• Kemampuan memimpin tim multidisiplin dan proyek berskala besar.
• Keterampilan pemecahan masalah tingkat lanjut dan analisis teknis.

Responsabilités

• Berikan keahlian teknis dan kepemimpinan di aktivitas rekayasa produksi, sesuai standar industri.
• Bekerja dengan tim lintas fungsi untuk mengembangkan strategi produksi yang inovatif, efisiensi biaya, dan solusi masalah.
• Mengarahkan tinjauan desain, investigasi teknis, dan studi rekayasa untuk mendukung tujuan proyek.
• Lakukan analisa rinci untuk mengoptimalkan proses produksi, peralatan, dan fasilitas dengan memperhatikan keselamatan dan lingkungan.
• Kembangkan rencana produksi, jadwal, dan prosedur sesuai kebutuhan proyek.

Deskripsi Pekerjaan - Principal Production Engineer

Job Overview:

The Principal Production Engineer is responsible for interpreting internal or external business issues and recommending best practices. They will be tasked with solving complex Production-related problems and will work independently with minimal guidance. The Principal Production Engineer may be responsible for leading functional teams or projects and is regarded as a specialist in Production. As such, they must have in-depth expertise in Production as well as broad knowledge of the Production discipline within the Fabrication function.

Key Tasks and Responsibilities:

• Provide technical expertise and leadership in production engineering activities, and ensure compliance with industry standards, project requirements, and best practices
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop innovative strategies and solutions for production optimization, cost reduction, and problem-solving
• Supervise and mentor junior engineers, foster their professional growth and knowledge development
• Lead design reviews, technical investigations, and engineering studies to support project objectives
• Conduct detailed engineering analysis to optimize production processes, equipment, and facilities, and consider efficiency, safety, and environmental impact
• Develop and implement production plans, schedules, and procedures in line with project requirements and resource constraints
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives, identify opportunities for increased productivity, reduced waste, and enhanced quality
• Monitor production performance, analyze key metrics, and implement corrective measures to ensure targets are met or exceeded
• Collaborate with project management teams to develop and maintain project budgets, schedules, and deliverables

Essential Qualifications and Education:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (preferably in Mechanical or Chemical Engineering)
• Proven experience in the EPCI industry or a similar engineering field
• Expertise in production engineering and optimization techniques
• Strong knowledge of industry standards and best practices related to production processes and facilities
• Proven track record in leading multidisciplinary teams and managing large-scale projects
• Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to address complex technical challenges
• Proficiency in relevant software and tools related to production engineering
• Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with diverse stakeholders
• Ability to work under pressure and meet project deadlines
