Job summary

PT Alpha Magsaysay International is seeking an F&B Service staff member to support the Bar and Restaurant operations, ensuring smooth service aboard ships and related venues.

You will maintain guidelines, ensure fast, courteous service, and collaborate with the F&B Service team to optimize procedures. The role emphasizes accurate information flow and cost-conscious operations to minimize losses and improve efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Realization of all guidelines within the assigned F&B Service working areas
• Maintain accurate information flow to superior in case of divergence of the processes
• Aim for a close and efficient teamwork with all F&B Service (Bar, Restaurant) staff in order to guarantee a smooth operation of all working procedures
• Ensure a fast, efficient and courteous service
• Adopt basic professional competence of all working products provided in the bars
• Adopt a cost-effective operation method (avoid breakage and pouring loss)
• Assist inventory procedures when instructed by the superiors
• Work according to the instructions of your superiors and assist wherever needed
