Manulife/John Hancock is seeking a pricing actuary to lead pricing-related campaign evaluations, develop frameworks, and collaborate with Distribution, Finance, Risk, and other stakeholders. The role offers analytical challenges and visibility across the business.

You will provide analytical support, prepare leadership-ready insights, and contribute to strategic planning and market research. Hybrid work in Jakarta, with global opportunities and growth within a renowned financial services company.

Formación

• Fellowship of a recognized actuarial body (FSAI/FSA or equivalent).
• At least two years of relevant experience in actuarial, pricing, strategic planning, business planning, or business analytics.
• Strong analytical and financial modeling capabilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and actuarial modeling software.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and business storytelling skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
• Strong collaboration and stakeholder-management skills.
• A structured, curious, and solution-oriented mindset.

Responsabilidades

• Lead pricing-related campaign evaluations from pre-launch to post-launch effectiveness.
• Develop and maintain campaign pricing and effectiveness-review frameworks.
• Collaborate with Distribution, Finance, Risk, and stakeholders to evaluate initiatives.
• Provide analytical support for ad hoc pricing, product, competitive insights.
• Produce clear, actionable insights for leadership decisions.
• Prepare presentations and reports for business reviews and leadership meetings.
• Support annual strategic planning including objectives and product roadmaps.
• Monitor progress against plans and recommend actions.
• Contribute to market research, pilot pricing models, and business cases.
• Coordinate pricing risk reports and monitor post-launch performance.
• Identify emerging risks and advise on product optimization and risk mitigation.
