Job summary

Pintarnya is seeking a pricing analyst to analyze pricing by model, including sales performance, conversion rate, and volume. The role requires creating clear rationales for price changes, validating input data, and continuously improving pricing logic.

You will build tools and automation to support pricing reviews, coordinate with branch teams, and assist with escalations, while guiding the pricing team and reporting results to management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant analytical field.
• 1–3 years of experience as an analyst in pricing, operations, finance, or related fields.
• Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets including lookups, pivot tables, filters, and basic formulas.
• Understand basic cost, margin, and break-even calculations.
• Detail-oriented with ability to spot unusual data or mismatched product names.
• Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia with working-level English.

Responsibilities

• Analyze pricing by model, including sales performance, conversion rate, volume, and other metrics.
• Recommend pricing changes with clear written rationale.
• Request and validate data before pricing decisions.
• Develop and continuously improve pricing logic.
• Build tools and automation to support pricing reviews.
• Coordinate with branch teams and other departments on pricing matters.
