Job summary

Ruangguru is seeking a Lead Early Childhood Educator in Jakarta to spearhead innovative curriculum development and mentor a team of educators. You will design developmentally appropriate programs and ensure strong home-school partnerships.

The role requires a Bachelor's in ECE, at least five years of experience with two in leadership, and a creative, child-centered approach. You will oversee observations, assessments, and classroom safety while aligning with licensing standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in early childhood education, with at least 2 years in leadership.
• Experience in curriculum development and staff mentoring.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and refine an engaging curriculum aligned with best practices and standards.
• Lead and mentor a team of early childhood educators with professional development and feedback.
• Observe and assess children's progress, documenting milestones and support needs.
• Foster a safe, inclusive learning environment that promotes exploration and collaboration.
• Collaborate with parents to build strong home-school partnerships and communicate progress.
• Manage classroom resources and ensure an organized, inspiring space.
