Job summary

Ruangguru in Bali is seeking an enthusiastic teacher to plan and run Trial Classes and Open House sessions, including content and teaching aids. You will conduct On-Class Teaching, coordinate with SA Kids for student and parent engagement, and prepare post-event reports.

This role requires a Bachelor’s in Education and 2–3 years of early childhood teaching, with strong leadership and excellent communication with teachers and parents. Join a vibrant team in Bali.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Education or related field.
• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in early childhood / preschool teaching.
• Strong classroom leadership and coordination skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to engage well with both teachers and parents.
• Passionate about child-centered and play-based learning approaches.

Responsibilities

• Plan & Execute Trial Class and Open House sessions, including content and activity preparation (teaching aids, worksheets, etc.).
• Conduct On-Class Teaching during Trial Class and Open House
• Coordinate with SA Kids for student and parents engagement
• Prepare Post-Event Reports, including Lead Observation Report and feedback summary
• Assist in Parents Seminar (online/offline) — support presentation or Q&A if needed
• Participate in Training Sessions as part of teacher development
